30-Day Comfort Guarantee

When you upgrade your mattress, there’s a natural period of adjustment as your body adapts to the new feel. After 30 days, if you do not love your new mattress, we will gladly exchange it for another model. Sleep on your mattress for a full 30nights and let us know before 60 days.

If you need to make an exchange, there is a $99 exchange fee, any additional charges if choosing a higher-priced model, and any applicable delivery charges.

Our Comfort Guarantee is for exchanges only and allows for one exchange per customer. We do not offer comfort exchanges for mismatched, polyurethane foam, and custom-sized mattresses.

Warranty

At Portland Mattress Makers, our craftsmen build the very best mattresses available, so we stand behind them with our Full Coverage Non-Prorated Warranty, which covers all workmanship and materials. In the event that service is necessary, we will repair or replace your new mattress at no charge. Sleep well, and without worry, because we’ve got you covered.

Body Impressions

Today’s mattresses, especially pillow-tops, are built with thick padding layers to create a plush, comfortable feel. These padding layers are designed to contour to each person’s unique shape. It is important to understand that minor body impressions at the surface of the mattress are perfectly normal. Body impressions less than 1 1/2” are not considered to be warranty issues.

Proper Support

All full- and queen-sized mattresses must have a minimum bedframe support of five legs: one leg in each corner and one leg in the middle. All king-sized mattresses must have a minimum of six legs: one leg in each corner and two legs in the middle. Improper support of your mattress can void your warranty.

Don’t bend or fold

Our mattresses are not designed to fold or bend. Folding a mattress will damage the innersprings and nullify your warranty.

Cleanliness

We recommend the use of a protective cover on all mattresses to protect against spills and accidents. While this is not a condition of our warranty, we do reserve the right to refuse any warranty claims due to excessive stains on the mattress.
Please be aware that the use of some mattress pads or protectors may slightly change the feel of your mattress set.

Terms and Conditions

Custom Sizes: All orders for custom-sized mattresses and box springs require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We do not offer our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee on custom-sized mattresses. However, if you buy the mattress and prefer a different feel, for an additional fee we may be able to rebuild your mattress to a different comfort level.

Refunds: There is a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable delivery charges on all refunds. There are no refunds on pillows, mattress pads, custom-sized mattresses, and polyurethane foam.
